The warm, paper-like palette. Claude is the outlier. Instead of a cool grey or blue canvas it uses a warm #1A1915 with a terracotta #CC785C accent, which reads closer to paper than to a terminal.
Tighter 16px corners. Claude uses a smaller corner radius than ChatGPT or Gemini. It is a small difference that carries a lot of the recognisable character.
